The article deals with the process of formation and reformation of the judicial system of the Russian Federation in the post-Soviet period. For the purpose of a comprehensive and complete study of the features of reforming the Russian judicial system, an analysis of each of its reform reforms is carried out, the pros and cons of the reforms made are concluded.
