Portrait of the current secondary education system in Perm region

The article considers the problems, related to reform of the system of secondary education in the Perm region. Understanding the education both public and private benefit, the authors examine the process of reform and existing projects through the set of objectives stated in the scientific literature and the goals declared by the state. The analysis of projects of modernization the education system is made on the basis of major weak points in the industry.
