Features of regional budgetary policy abroad

In this article the theoretical analysis of an entity and the maintenance of a regional budgetary policy abroad is made. In particular the emphasis on formation of the budgetary policy at the regional level in the USA is placed. Sources of formation of the regional budget are analyzed.
