Features of the regional personnel policy implemented by the public authorities of Karachayev-Cherkesian

As part of the research topic, an analysis of personnel policy, the use of personnel technologies, forms and methods of personnel planning in the public authorities of Karachay-Cherkessia will be carried out. The place in the system of personnel work, which is occupied by the Department for Personnel Policy and Issues of the State Civil Service of the Administration of the Head and Government of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, has been determined.
