Features of regional socioeconomic policy under modern conditions

The article discusses the problems of formation of social and economic policy in the region. It is shown that a large part of concern on the socioeconomic policy has been transferred to the authorities of the federal subjects within the process of regionalization of the planning and financing of state investments. The modern factors and conditions, including sanctions affecting the regional policy have been revealed.The tendencies, worsening state of finances of industrial enterprises, have been identified. It pointed out that the anti-crisis measures can include, at short term consideration, various fast implementing measures, at long-term stage - strategic objectives of the development. The methodology of financial management scenario under crisis conditions has been submitted. It is underlined that the economic policy includes the formation of stable financial support and balancing in the region’s activities, as well as the formation of investment attractiveness.
