The question of intervention of the state in regulation of the competitive relations is a debatable question which is characterized by various positions and views. In the global plan the question of intervention of the state in competitive process, creates the dissonance which arises be tween requirements of freedom of the competition in the world markets and strengthening of tendencies to protection of the national markets.
