Peculiarities of reparative tendogenesis under negative electret field in experiment

The aim of our study was experimental evaluation of influence of implants having negative electret coatings on the basis of tantalum oxide on tendogenesis which was studied in isolated mechanical injury of white rats. Regenerated tendon tissue was studied morphologically. The studies performed proved that negative electrets optimize tendon's reparative regeneration which was evident in more ordered arrangement, correct orientation of collagen fibers, equivalence between tendon's thickness in a zone of reparation and intact zone. All these facts point to perspective using and further studying of implants with negative Ta2O5 electret coatings.
