The work deals the research of the problem of resource constraints in the development of shipbuilding enterprises. Based on the analysis of domestic and world shipbuilding, the factors and conditions influencing the activities of enterprises in the industry under study were identified, resource constraints that hinder and contribute to the development of enterprises in the shipbuilding industry were clarified.
