Features of risk-based approach of control and supervision activities in public administration

The article examines the control and supervisory activities of public administration in the context of a risk-oriented approach. A comprehensive consideration of the features of its application in two directions: in relation to the inspected objects and inspection bodies, made it possible to reveal the algorithm for its implementation. The main purpose of this approach was established - to focus on areas of high probability of risk of harm to the state. Timely adoption of corrective measures will eliminate the possibility of negative consequences.
