Analysis of the causes of lower urinary tract dysfunction in patients with stable renal transplant operation Materials and Methods: Patients with stable function kidney transplant showed signs of hyperactivity of the lower urinary tract in 28.1% and hyporeflexia in 6.2% of cases. Results: An increase in the number of daily miktsy in stable kidney transplant operation, accompanied by a significant decrease physiological bladder volume and maximum urinary flow rate, increased levels of markers of endothelial dysfunction, specific proteins activators myocyte contractility, a decrease in the general vegetative tone with the formation of a moderate parasimpatikotonii. At the level of increase in their observed cytomembranes microviscosity with decreased activity and cationic membranoretseptsii transmembrane transport. When hyporeflexia lower urinary tract have been more substantial deviation of the analyzed indicators. Conclusion: The authors have suggested that a violation of urination rhythm in patients after ATTP may be one of the earliest precursors of crisis exacerbation of chronic rejection, and independent analysis of voiding diaries allow them to promptly seek specialized help.
