Particuliarities of Russian merging and acquisitions within the property redistribution process

The features of the Russian merging and acquisitions are analyzed in the aspect of property redistribution process. The author allocates concentration of the property and formation holding groups in a domestic industry as the main tendency, which is realized through the mechanism of merging and acquisitions. Territorial and branch aspects of their development are characterized. Basic directions of the state policy optimization are determined to protect the property rights and their redistribution mechanism.
