Background. Multiple pituitary hormone deficiency (MPDH) means that the anterior pituitary gland fails to produce several hormones, often including growth hormone and others. Methodology for revealing the research problem. We examined and examined 18 patients suffering from MPDH. The patients were divided into 2 groups: group 1 – patients with acquired MPDH – 10 patients, group 2 – patients with congenital MPDH – 8 patients. The average age of 13 boys was 13.6 ± 1.2 years, and the average age of 5 girls was 12.3 ± 1.6 years. Research results. When comparing anthropometric data and hormonal status of the study groups, a significant lag of both groups from the control group was established. At the same time, the most pronounced changes were detected in patients with congenital MPDH.
