Features of leadership and leadership (on the example of organization of IT technologies)

This article presents an analysis and examines the problems of leadership and leadership in the organization. This topic is especially relevant because the interest in leadership and leadership is explained by the need to further improve the already existing practice of monitoring and regulating social processes, the need for more accurate and reliable means of social forecasting, designing and adjusting social changes.
