Features of self-organizing activities of officers of the MIA of the Russian Federation with different levels of tolerance to uncertainty

The article presents the results of the study on the topic: «Features of self-organizing activities of Officers of the MIA of the Russian Federation with different levels of tolerance to uncertainty». The author indicates the high level of skills development of self-employment. The author indicates the high level of skills development of self-employment on the professional sphere. Found differences on such indicators of self-organization of activity as "Planning", "Dedication", "External self-organization" and "Perseverance" between a group of Officers of the MIA with a high level of tolerance for uncertainty and a group of persons intolerant to uncertainty.
