Specific features of crimes against family and the ways to prevent them

The author analyses the crimes against family, defines their criminal features, such as time, place, relations between the criminal and the victim and types of conflicts. On the basis of the analysis certain means to prevent crimes against family are proposed. Special attention is paid to the means to develop law enforcement agencies' activities aimed to prevent the crimes mentioned.
