Features of the sixth technological structure in the context of transformation of economic policy and government regulation

The article analyzes changes in the existing economic system during its transition to the sixth technological order in the context of the transformation of economic policy and government regulation. It has been proven that: 1) regulation of the sphere of technological production is of a network nature; 2) strengthening international cooperation is an absolute necessity; 3) the global nature of the influence of technology on the world economic system leads to increased international competition between national economies; 4) states begin to function «in conditions of totality not controlled by them» of various structures at the global level. The place of modern Russia in the sixth technological order is also analyzed.
