Characteristics of professional training system of state civil servants of the Republic of Bashkortostan

The article stresses the importance of priority problems' solution connected with professional training of local state civil servants working in the constituent entities of Russia. We have disclosed and considered the main distinct characteristics of this system in the Republic of Bashkortostan. It was established that stimulation mechanisms by institute of social management ensuring the integration of RB into RF as a constituent entity are the premise of efficiency rise of professional training of state civil servants in the Republic of Bashkortostan.
