Based on the analysis of 3079 outpatient cards, 788 medical records of the day hospital and 76 medical records of twenty-four-hour hospital of 52 patients with schizophrenia in combination with exogenous organic pathology of various origins and different degrees of severity (we examined with clinical and psychopathological method), it is shown that combination of schizophrenia and exogenous organic brain disorders occupies a prominent place in total group of patients of different departments of psychiatric services. However, in many cases, the available data on concomitant pathology is not outlined in the coded data using ICD-10 diagnosis. The clinical picture of this combined form is of different polymorphic nature, caused by the interaction of its constituent morbid states.
