The problem of inclusive education is important for research, since it emphasizes equal opportunities for all students regardless of their mental or physical abilities. The article considers the features of inclusive education in Russia based on a study conducted to identify the attitudes of the citizens of the Russian Federation towards people with disabilities. A comparative analysis of the peculiarities of inclusive education in India, Turkey and Russia was performed.
