Features of social interactions in organizations of homeowners’ associations

Homeowners' Associations are examined in this paper through the prism of social interaction of citizens within the boundaries of a multi-occupancy building. Given the massive proliferation of this method of managing collective property and the prospects for its further development, it is important to investigate the problems of interaction between members of the partnership in order to form a portfolio of best practices and models of collective management. The paper analyses the main social channels of interaction between landlords, highlights the problems that arise in their communication, and proposes measures to minimize contradictions in the course of social interaction. The hypothesis of the study was empirically confirmed: the socio-economic performance of partnerships is largely determined by the quality of social ties within the civic association in question.
