Features of the social structure of the population of Ulan-Ude in a transformation of Russian society

This article is devoted to the study of especially characteristics of the population of the republic of Buryatia bundles in a transformation of Russian society. On the basis of a specific sociological study author provides quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the population by level of welfare. The criteria for inclusion of the region's population to the different categories have been taken, such indicators as: the value of average per capita income, availability of assets, savings and consumption.
