The features of subjective side of violation of the regulations stipulating manufacture, procurement, keeping, accounting, sale, transportation and shipment of drastic or poisonous substances (part 4 of the Article 234 of the Criminal Code)

The article considers the content of the subjective side of violation of the regulations stipulating drastic and poisonous substances turnover. Having considered various opinions on this issue, the author substantiates his own view, on the basis of which the amendments to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation are proposed. In particular, the author justifies the addition of the article 234 2 “Violation of regulations of manufacture, procurement, keeping, accounting, sale, transportation or shipment of drastic or poisonous substances".
