The article deals with the problem of harmonizing the material terms of the supply contract as varieties of purchase-sale contract. The author considered characteristic of the material terms of the supply contract within individual scientific research, literature on this topic, the consequence of which was the justification for classifying the material terms of the two types of R.V. Shmelev.
