Legal relations for the implementation of rights to land have always been distinguished by their specificity. Agricultural producers, in view of the features of their activities, need special protection of the rights to land plots that they use for agricultural production. The purpose of the study is to determine the main ways of protecting the rights of agricultural producers to land and assess their effectiveness.
