The features of the civil society formation in the Eastern Siberian cultural space

The article considers that the Eastern Siberian cultural space is characterized not only by its huge territory, but by the multinational composition of the population and territory, bordering the neighboring states of Central Asia, which in turn, underlines the geopolitical significance of this part of Russia. The significance of formation and development of the civil society of this region, growth of its prestige and influence on all burning problems solution, the value of the formation and development of civil society in this region are increasing while tackling political, economic and social problems.
