Peculiarities of formation of the person in youth

Psychological readiness for adulthood presupposes the availability of abilities and needs for self-realization, the need for communication with adults and peers, the ability to communicate, but also the need for solitude, the capacity for reflection, developed theoretical thinking, the stability of self-awareness, the emergence of a desire for self-education, professional self-determination, active formation of the world outlook. All these new formations or acquisitions form the basis for the development of the personality in youth.
