Peculiarities of formation of Russian farmers’ mentality (a case study of the Central Black Earth region)

The article discloses some peculiarities of Russian farmers’ mentality of the early 1990s. The research is based on the following data: single-time selective statistical studies of farms in the Lipetsk Oblast and other territories of the Central Black Earth Region, printed media, and interviews with farm owners.
