Features of the formation of Russian management

The paper examines the formation of the Russian management theory. Within the framework of this study, the key features of the national management model of the Russian Federation and the problems and significant shortcomings arising from them, which in the future lead to a serious crisis of the Russian management system, are highlighted. The paper analyzes global modern trends affecting social and economic processes, their impact on the development of Russian management. The authors come to the conclusion that the current system needs a significant adjustment, affecting not only the field of management, but also related areas, such as economics, internal and social policy. The way to achieve this, the authors see a synthesis of the developments of managerial and organizational models developed in the USSR and modern foreign methods based on the experience gained by other countries. Such changes, designed to create an effective model of Russian management, are possible only with deep knowledge in the field of management and the development of managerial competencies.
