Characteristics of strategic analysis, featuring staff functionality in the educational institution

This article aims to discuss the characteristics of strategic analysis of the staff, functioning at the educational institution, namely, MBOU "School №8" in the city of Simferopol. Nowadays, there is a necessity to improve the quality of education and management system of the educational establishment. The key aspect of this issue is a successful management of human resources of the educational institution mentioned above, as well as a strategic analysis of its components.
