Due to constantly changing market conditions, companies need to determine development strategies, especially in the small business sector, to ensure growth and guarantee sustainability. The correct setting of goals and objectives, the objectivity of the analysis of the external and internal environment - all this will contribute to improving the efficiency of the organization in market conditions. The article analyzes strategies for a small enterprise and identifies their features in an unstable economy.
