Features of subsidizing of non-state non-profit organizations in the sphere of rendering social services

In article legitimate ways of counteraction to illegal catch of fish resources are considered. Experience of bodies of nature protection prosecutor's office in this direction is analysed. Need of specification the maintenance of some concepts used in norms on criminal liability for acts in the sphere of fishery and preservation of water biological resources taking into account the conventional principles and rules of international law and international treaties of the Russian Federation is revealed.
