The article discusses the features of public relations in modern marketing communications. A favorable image of the enterprise, its positive reputation entails a significant level of trust from the potential audience to the proposed product of the organization. The article analyzes the results of a study by the Moscow agency of communication technologies «Buman Media» with the support of the company «HeadHunter» on the market of PR-tools in marketing communications.
