Peculiarities of interaction tactics with representatives of Eastern culture (taking interrogation of a Chinese citizen as an example)

Article covers the issue of tactical procedural and non-procedural interaction with citizens of the countries with Eastern culture, which is rather actual for the modern law enforcement practice. The issue is considered in reference to interrogation of the citizens of China. The article points out the main peculiarities of the Chinese mentality that considerably reduce effectiveness of common tactics of interrogation or almost make it ineffective, in particular such tactics as establishing of psychological contact, persuasion, reflexive control.
