Peculiarities of customs regulation in the countries of the participants of the EAGE

The article considers the main features of customs regulation among the countries-participants of the EAEC within the framework of the legislation of its customs union and code. The main principles of the work of the customs union (TS) of the EAEC are singled out. The objectives of the single customs tariff and non-tariff regulation within the framework of the EAEC are considered.
