Features of the course of coronary heart disease in dyslipidemia

The article presents the pathogenesis of dyslipidemia and associated coronary heart disease from the perspective of lipid metabolism disorders. The role of changes in the natural mechanism of cholesterol homeostasis, functional disorders of enterohepatic circulation of bile acids, intrahepatic cholestasis due to a violation of the reticuloendothelial system, resulting in a violation of the functions of a specific target organ, on the one hand, and the development of an atherosclerotic process with ischemic syndromes, on the other hand, is shown. A diagnostic and therapeutic algorithm is presented.
