Sensorimotor polyneuropathy of a mixed genesis (paraneoplastic and toxic) is observed in breast cancer patients after cytostatic chemotherapy. Motor deficiency occurs at the expense of autoimmune mechanisms of PNP, whereas toxic effects of cytostatic drugs contribute to disturbance of pain and temperature sensitivity.
