B The achievement of technological priorities within the framework of the direction indicated by a number of legislative acts forms the basis for the transformation of modern industries. At the same time, it should be harmoniously combined with the whole "set of unified industries with a single technical level, which are part of the same technological structure and develop in parallel, that is, changes in one element of the structure lead to changes in the other." This concept was introduced into scientific terminology by Russian economists, academicians of the Russian Academy of Sciences - D. Lvov and S. Glazyev [1]. This unification certainly entails the restructuring of many types of technical and technological services, each of which must necessarily be linked to the entire chain operating in this sector of the economy.
