The article states main faults which appear in operation of agricultural machinery due to inaccurate and uneven threads tightening during units assembling. It analyzes disadvantages of preload force control of threaded connections and a mathematic relationship between torque and preload force. It indicates the method of torque controlled preloading accuracy increase.
