Features of mixed technology extraction carotinoid and antocyan pigments

The technology of mixedextractioncarotinoid and antocyan pigments from domestic vegetative raw materials is considered in investigation. Are studied colors and spectral characteristics of the extracts received at various duration and frequency rate extraction, and also a quantitative parity of initial raw materials. On the basis colors characteristics optimum parametresof exraction are defined.
