The article presents the results of a survey of schoolchildren of grades 10-11 studying at the Scientific and Educational Center of VNKTS CEMI RAS in order to study the behavioral and value preferences of adolescents in the field of work and employment. The main problems and difficulties they face in the labor market are identified.
