The article is devoted to the study of forms and types of labor adaptation of personnel at enterprises. A special role is given to the work of adaptation of young personnel who came to the workplace after graduation. This is due primarily to the fact that it is precisely such personnel who are most flexible in responding to changes in the external economic and political environment, and possessing knowledge that meet the requirements of the labor market and time.
