Peculiarities of labor motivation of employees of the branch of “Tulunsky” JSC “Road service of the Irkutsk region”

The article presents the results of a study of the labor motivation system of road construction workers. The relationship between the system of remuneration of staff and the motivation of employees is determined. The degree of manifestation of various types of labor motivation of workers is determined, as well as a comparison of the characteristics of labor motivation of administrative and managerial personnel and workers.
