Features of participation of local self-government bodies in the process of implementation of objects of cultural heritage in the procedure of bankruptcy of a legal entity

Resume: The article discusses the participation of local authorities in the sale of cultural heritage objects (historical and cultural monuments) at the auction when the bankruptcy proceedings of the legal entity - the owner of the cultural heritage object are carried out. Analysis of the legislation is based on the judicial practice of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation for compliance with the provisions of the articles of the Bankruptcy Law of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
