The article defines the features of remote work in outsourcing companies. The analysis of the most common reasons for attracting third-party organizations to perform certain functions is carried out. The relevance of remote work in modern conditions is investigated. The main problems faced by outsourcing companies when transferring employees to a remote work mode are identified. The conditions for the effective organization of remote work are determined.
