Features of the criminal legal qualification of complicity in subversive crimes

The article is devoted to a comprehensive theoretical and applied study of the forms of complicity and types of accomplices in a crime under Article 281.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, associated with promotion of sabotage activities. The author comes to the conclusion about a change in the legislative approach to the traditional assessment of actions expressed in the form of incitement, aiding and organizing crimes, in relation to diversions. As a result of the study, an assessment is given of the new content of the joint criminal activity of accomplices in the commission of subversive crimes.
