Features of criminal responsibility and punishment of minors

The article provides a brief study of the peculiarities of criminal responsibility and punishment of minors. The article analyzes the provisions of the criminal legislation, reflecting the specifics of the application of measures of criminal law coercion against minors. As a result of the analysis, it was concluded that the minor age of the person who committed the crime significantly reduces the limits of criminal liability, while allowing the application of special types of exemption from criminal liability and punishment to the guilty person.
