Peculiarities of criminal liability for incitement to suicide in legislations outside the Russian Federation

The article is devoted to the issues of bringing persons to criminal responsibility for incitement to suicide in the framework of comparative jurisprudence. The study of legislative norms regulating criminal liability for incitement to suicide in various countries opens up the possibility of comparing these legal provisions with the provisions of Article 110 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Analyzing foreign experience, it is possible to discover universal principles and unique approaches that can contribute to the improvement and enhancement of domestic legislation in this complex and sensitive area. Awareness of the importance of this task emphasizes the need for a thorough understanding of international practices and legal solutions aimed at protecting human life and reducing the incidence of suicide provoked by the influence of third parties.
