Features of universal unification of conflict of laws

The article discusses the concept and features of universal unification of conflict norms. The author conducts a ratio of unification with harmonization. The procedure and peculiarities of unification application are considered. Despite the advantages of unification, the author also revealed its disadvantages. It was concluded that unification is a promising way of flexible and point collision regulation.
