The article reflects the relevance of the research, its essence and main results. The key takeaway of this article is to fully explore the potential of today's employees, companies need not only modern technology, but also a strong digital culture. They have to build an environment in which management is fully aware of the importance of technology for a successful business and ensure that employees can use new technologies properly. The fight for talents is a never-ending job and now is the right time to look how strong is the digital culture in the company as well as how digital culture is reflected in the perception of a company as an attractive employer. The research shows that the talent management process has many different components and management of these processes is the hardest challenge for any HR department. However, when there is a clear talent management strategy and is properly executed it could provide great value to the organization and represent a strong competitive advantage. Redesign talent management process for todays and beyond workforce is key challenge for a successful company future.
