Features of the state health department

The article is devoted to the study of public health management, an area which is defined by a shift in economic interests - from public (state) to market interests. In this context, it becomes important to study the peculiarities of Russian health care system functioning and to consider issues related to the quality of reforms in this sphere and the people it serves.
